If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo.
You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes.
Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response.

Matt Brash Baseball (Seattle Mariners) - March 7th, 2024
Matthew Aurel Brash (born May 12, 1998) is a Canadian professional baseball pitcher for the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2022. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the fourth round of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft. On September 28, 2021, Seattle selected Brash's contract to the 40-man roster and promoted him to the major leagues for the first time, although he did not make an appearance. On April 2, 2022, the Mariners announced that Brash would be the team's fifth starter in the rotation.
