If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. DYAN CANNON SUCCESS X1 AND 1/2 - February 21st, 2014
I sent LOR, SASE and 2 photos on Jan. 8th and received both photos personalized with 2nd photo only signed Dyan on Feb. 21st. Sigs look real to me. The address I used was: DYAN CANNON 1100 ALTA LOMA RD. SUITE 808 WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA 90069-2438
