Received: 18th August. Received a (Not sure if its authentic) autograph, 2010/2011 squad photo, information about arsenal and a letter telling me about Arsenal's current progress.
I don't care if its authentic anywhere but its cool.

Arsene Wenger success Arsenal FC - August 4th, 2011
sent a LOR and SAE to Arsenal training ground, recieved back a hand signed autograph and a pic provided by Arsenal fc and a letter stating the autographs authenticity.

Arsenal Ladies FC Success - July 18th, 2011
Hi,
I sent an email to arsenal ladies. I received a signed photo from the team a couple days later, very quick response. Very pleased with this success.

ARSENAL LADIES FC SUCCESS - July 13th, 2011
I sent an e-mail to Arsenal Laddies Football Club via the contact us part on there website and yesterday i got a squad poster hand signed from all the players. Did not really expect anything back from this e-mail so was a good bonus.
Took about 10 weeks
