Sent 2 pics to Gerard Butler on 10/20/2017 and got them back today 05/05/2018. I used

Both came back signed, and they are different in that one says "With Love" and the other one just the signature, but the signatures are too perfect a match for me to comfortably say they are authentic non-autopen.

What went wrong, isn't this the right adress?
