Heather Mitts (USA Soccer) Success! - November 24th, 2012 Hi,
I sent to Heather Mitts who plays on the Womens National Soccer Team about a year ago. I had completley forgotten that I had sent this when I got back my SAE with her own photo in it! It was signed and personalized. I know that this is a rookie question, but she had sent me the photo in an envelope that had no stamp on it, instead it had a smaller envelope from the post office making me pay 90 cents. Can someone tell me how she got to do that? Thanks!
