Jay North (Dennis the Menace) Success - March 31st, 2018 I mailed Jay three photos along with a $60.00 money order, a gold sharpie, and a Priority mail envelope to his Lake Butler address. He charges $20.00 a photo. I mailed them out on March 24th and I received back on the 31st. He did not return my sharpie and did not include photo protection. He does sign pictures very well though. This is a pic I had signed for my Pastor.
JAY NORTH FAIL - March 25th, 2014 I sent a LOR, SASE and 2 photos on Mar. 15th to a lodge that Mr. North belongs to and got back both photos unsigned and this notice on Mar. 24th. The address I tried was:
