Received: Signed, personalized and inscribed photo on 9/14/12 after receiving an email update apologizing for the delay on 9/10/12
The envelope only had one forever stamp on it and I reimbursed the postal employee $.45
The inscription reads: "Dave, Thank you for the kind word. I always loved competing in Houston...Have a good ride and God Bless."
At the bottom right corner he added "Photo : Denver 1973
